Fees and Insurance

• INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

  • Students with Aetna Student Health Insurance: $15/session

  • Faculty with Optum/HealthNet Insurance: $20/session (First 3 are Free!)

  • Out of Network Insurance: $150/session with pay first discount

• ​GROUP THERAPY

  • Students with Aetna Student Health Insurance: $15/session

  • Faculty with Optum/HealthNet Insurance: $20/session (First 3 are Free!)

  • Out of Network Insurance: $50/session 

 

Please Note, if you have an insurance which is considered Out of Network, we can work with them too! Please see the attached policy: 

 

 

 

 

Sliding Scale

 

• In order to provide services to students in need, we do offer a sliding scale to help you out. Ask us about our sliding scale and we will see what we can do!

 

Payment

 

• ​Payment can be collected before/after session at Acacia. We accept cash, credit card, check, and paypal payments. If you are a parent, or would like to pay for your sessions online, payments can be processed here: 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

• If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $75 late cancellation fee.

 

Session Duration

• Sessions at Acacia usually last about 50 minutes for individuals and 90-minutes for group counseling
